Our service area is limited to the greater Kansas City area. This allows us to maintain quality control, respond reliably, and give each job the attention it deserves.

We keep the process simple and professional:

Appointment is reviewed and confirmed
Most appointments scheduled within 24 hours (based on workload).
We arrive prepared and handle the work efficiently.

PRICING

Service Call

$75.00 Covers fuel, travel, scheduling, and assessment.

Labor

$75 per hour - Full first hour billed minimum, then billed in 15-minute increments after. (rounded to the nearest quarter hour)

Larger Jobs

Flat-rate pricing available when scope is clearly defined

MATERIALS

All materials are customer-supplied or paid for in advance.
We do not purchase materials out-of-pocket or extend credit.
Material pickup is available if paid in advance.
Pickup time is billed at the standard hourly rate.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due in full upon completion of work and prior to leaving the site.

Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Appointments are scheduled after request review and confirmation.

Scope of Work

Work performed is limited to the agreed scope at the time of service. Any additional work will be discussed and approved prior to proceeding.

Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or failures that are not visible at the time of service.

No Guarantee on Aged or Worn

Repairs on older or worn systems and materials are performed on a best-effort basis. No warranty is expressed or implied on components beyond our control.

Material Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all materials unless otherwise agreed in advance. Materials must be on-site or paid for prior to service.

Access & Utilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, along with necessary utilities (electric, water, etc.).

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We do not extend credit.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, outside scope, or inconsistent with agreed terms.
