Discussion of scope, estimates, and proposed work with clear recommendations.
Documents, contracts, bids, or items requiring extended review are Tier 3.
No direct contractor communication.

TIER-3 / 60 MINUTES $149.00

Includes all Tier 1 and Tier 2 services.
Full project walkthrough by phone or video consultation only.
In-depth review of documents, contracts, bids, and project details.
Limited contractor interface when necessary for clarification only.

TIER-4 / 90 MINUTES $249.00

Includes all Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 services.
Extended review for complex or multi-phase projects.
Detailed analysis of multiple documents, bids, contracts, or revisions.
Follow-up discussion and clarification as needed.
Remote consultation only.

PAYMENT POLICY & ACCEPTANCE

Payment Policy & Client Responsibilities

All consultations are prepaid. Payment confirms your appointment time.
Payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and policies.
Consultation time begins at the scheduled start time or at call connection, whichever occurs first.
Unused time is forfeited and does not roll over.

Scope of Service

Consultations are advisory only and provided remotely by phone or video.
No on-site visits, inspections, supervision, or project management are provided.
Contractor communication is limited and only included where expressly stated by tier.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, documents, and context.
