At this time, maintenance services are exclusively offered in the Kansas City, Mo., and the surrounding area. This limited service radius is intentional. It allows us to maintain quality control, respond reliably, and ensure each job receives the attention it deserves. Whether the property is owner-occupied or investment-held, our approach remains the same: clear communication, practical solutions, and work performed with care and accountability.

• Appointments are scheduled after request review and confirmation. 

• Most appointments are placed on the calendar within 24 hours, depending on current workload and project scope. This allows adequate time to review submitted information and prepare for an effective, focused visit or service window.

• By requesting an appointment, you acknowledge that scheduling is subject to availability and confirmation. Clear details provided at the time of request help ensure timely placement and accurate service.

• A minimum $45.00 service call charge applies regardless if work is performed. It covers time, fuel, scheduling and showing up.  Labor and materials are additional.

• Payment is due in full upon completion of work and prior to leaving the site. We accept multiple payment methods for convenience, including electronic payment options. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding and billed accordingly.
